Corporate – Redressal Structure

There are two decision-making committees at Advinus. These are called the Corporate Ethics Committee and the Unit Ethics Committee.

• The Corporate Ethics Counsellor stationed at headquarters:



• responsible for overall compliance



• reporting to the CEO

• Unit Ethics Counsellors are :



• responsible for unit level compliance



• reporting to the company’s Ethics Counsellor

• Internal initiatives to communicate and train employees on ethical issues.



• Listening-post procedures to address concerns and dilemmas



• Framing and disseminating policies and guidelines



• Vigilance and whistle-blowing issues
