Laboratory bio-efficacy studies and Field Trials for Household Insect Control Products
Insects culture available for testing:
- Mosquitoes (Aedes, Anopheles and culex)
- Cockroaches (American and German species)
- Houseflies (Musca domestica)
- Flying insect efficacy – studies in Peet Grady and 20/30 M3 chambers
- Larvicide testing for mosquito species (Aedes, Anopheles and culex)
- Arm in cage test against mosquito species using WHO guidelines
- Surface efficacy and persistency in Cement, wood, tiles, glass, etc, Space spray and indoor residual spray (IRS) testing against different species of mosquitoes, cockroaches, and housefly by following CIB&RC and WHOPES requirements.
- Long lasting insecticide net (LLIN) bioassays: For Anopheles mosquito control
- Gel-bait studies: Targeting cockroach species.
- DSKD (direct spray knockdown) test against cockroaches
- Housefly efficacy tests – covering both larval (maggot) and adult stages

- Red flour beetle (Tribolium castaneum)
